Smooth Industries reserves the right to change
prices without prior notice and to invoice at
the corrected price. While we try to
portray our merchandise as accurately as
possible, colors may vary slightly due to
variations in monitors.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Smooth Industries
accepts Visa, Mastercard and for our customers
who prefer something othe than plastic, checks
and money orders are always accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept cash. Your
credit card will not be charged until your order
has been shipped.
ITEM AVAILABILITY
A
product's availability is clearly noted on the
Product Detail page as "In Stock", "Out of
Stock", or "Coming Soon." Most items on
our site are in Stock and ready to ship.
Some items are either temporary out-of-stock
(Out of Stock) or are not available for shipment
until a specific release date (coming Soon).

below.
In-Stock Items
Most orders for In-Stock items begin the order
process as soon as your online purchase is
completed. Your In-Stock item will be
shipped once the item is located in stock, your
payment is approved, and the receiving address
is verified. You will not be charged for
any item until it is shipped to you.
For example, if you order an In-Stock item on
Monday that leaves the warehouse in 1-2 full
business days, it will leave the warehouse by
the end of Wednesday. After your order
leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary
according to the shipping method you select
during checkout and the location of your
shipping address. Please note that
business days are Monday-Friday, excluding
federal holidays within the United States.
Out of Stock Items
Out of Stock items are items that
have sold out and are on back order, yet you can
still place an order for that particular item.
An Out of Stock item you order is shipped
directly to you once it is in stock. You
will be notified of the status of your Out of
Stock item via e-mail. You will not be
charged for any item until it is shipped to you.
Expected shipment time (for example, "Out of
Stock":Buy now for shipping in 4-6 weeks")
is indicated on the Product Detail page.
Please note, expected shipment times appearing
on the Product Detail page specify when an item
is expected to leave our warehouse, not when the
item will arrive at its final shipping
destination. After your order leaves our
warehouse, delivery times vary according to the
shipping method you select during checkout and
the location of your shipping address.
Pre-Book Items
Pre-Book items are items that are
available for purchase on our site in advance of
the release date for sale to the general public.
Pre-Book items are shipped directly to you once
the product is in stock. You will be
notified of the status of your Pre-Book item via
email. You will not be charged for any
item until it is shipped to you.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
At this
point in time, the easiest and quickest way to
track your order is to e-mail customer service
at
warehouse@smoothindustries.com. You
only need to provide us with your last name and
we can give you an immediate update as to when
you can expect your package. We will also
provide you with a tracking number, which you
can further check for yourself online at
www.ups.com.
CHANGING OR CANCELING YOUR ORDER
At Smooth
Industries, we want you to be completely
satisfied with your order. That's why
we're pleased to offer a guarantee on all Smooth
Industries merchandise. Should you decide
to change or cancel your order, please
immediately call our customer service
(760)732-3522. If your order has already
been processed, then it may be too late to
cancel the shipment. In this case, simply
return the shipment by following the 3 easy
steps listed in the next section, and we'll
refund the purchase price of the item, or
exchange for other merchandise.
Unfortunately, the original shipping is not
refundable.
RETURNS
Smooth Industries will gladly exchange
or refund any item within 30 days of purchase.
If you would like to exchange your product for
other merchandise, simply follow the steps below
to return the item and place a new order on the
site for what you’d like instead. Once the
original item is returned, you will receive a
credit on your credit card in the amount that
you paid (this excludes and promotional
discounts and/or original shipping cost) on your
next credit card statement. If you didn’t
actually make the purchase (say you received a
gift) and would like to return it, we’ll issue a
credit towards your next visit with us.
Please note that shipping charges are NOT
refundable.
All returns that are refunded will be subject to
a 15% restocking fee.
Returns that are for exchange require
the following to be accepted;
Original tags attached
Items may not have been washed or worn
No visible damages
Here is the 3-STEP routine for returning stuff:
STEP 1:
Call us first to get a return authorization
number. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT! Don’t forget.
We must know who’s sending what back to properly
credit your account.
STEP 2:
Re-pack the product in its original box and
include your original packing invoice. Simply
address the package as follows:

Be sure to write your return
authorization number on the packing slip and
place this important paperwork inside the
package. Note that you return shipping charges
are reimbursed if the item is being returned as
a result of our error.
STEP 3:
Please ship the product back to use vis UPS or
USPS, and we STRONGLY recommend that you insure
the package. His protects you in case the
shipment is damaged or lost in transit.
Remember, we can only credit you for items
received back in our warehouse. Note that it
can take up to 6 weeks for a return to be
credited on your credit card. Please note that
in the case of returns sent from APO/FPO
addressed, the military handles delivery, so we
are unable to estimate the shipping time back to
us. Usually these returns take a little longer
than normal, so please be patient.
WARRANTY DEPARTMENT
Every product that Smooth Industries
sells is covered by a one-year warranty from the
date of purchase. The warranty covers defect of
workmanship and materials, but DOES NOT cover
damage caused by accident, improper care,
negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural
breakdown of colors and material through time,
exposure or extensive use. If you suspect a
defect in workmanship or materials of a Smooth
Industries product, you may send the product to
us for a warranty evaluation at any time within
the first year of ownership. California state
law requires that items accepted for repair be
clean. Charges will be assessed if cleaning is
necessary. Damaged items covered by warranty
will be repaired or replaced with items of
comparable size and style, at Smooth Industries
sole discretion. Damaged items not covered
under warranty will be repaired, when possible,
for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged
for return shipping. For warranty evaluation,
your product should be sent pre-paid and insured
