of February 10th of this year, all products geared
towards kids ages 12 and under are required under the CPSIA
(Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act) to pass certain tests
regulating the levels of lead and phthalates that are accessible
to children. Smooth Industries submitted all products required
for testing by the Consumer Product Safety Commission and we are
proud to report that all of Smooth Industries’ products passed.
You
can once again feel confident that the products you purchase
from Smooth Industries, both in the past and moving forward are
safe for children.
